You retain ownership of the data and profile information you provide to Draft AI.

Draft AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.

In no event shall Draft AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Draft AI relies on third-party services like OpenAI for text generation and Google for authentication and email sending. Your use of these features is also subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.
